TURNING

The section of lathes is composed by turning machines of different features that are selected in each case according to the typology, dimensions and quantities to perform.

• Automatic lathes double head
Lathes, automatic double-head is mainly used for medium series and as long as they allow the machining of 2 transactions in a single phase, thus reducing the cycle times. These machines are automatic loading and unloading.

• Vertical lathes
Vertical lathes are those who have the spindle perpendicular to the ground. This allows us to better production of heavy parts, apply a few cutting forces increased by increasing the rate of chip removal and reduces cycle times. This makes this type of lathes is more productive than the horizontal lathes.

• Around universal CNC
The horizontal lathes, we allow the manufacture of axles and parts with large diameters, being a process that is more flexible and adapts to the type and dimensions of the part.

BROACHING

The company has broaching vertical and horizontal, adjusting each one of them to the dimensions and requirements in the dentate. In addition, one of our broaching account with the possibility of broaching 3 pieces at the same time, being suitable for medium batch-large.

CARVED

The section has machines carved by hobbing which enable us to machine a wide range of modules and profiles of tooth different.

CARVED BY CUTTER

According to the typology of the piece, there jagged that do not have the ability to be machined by grinding by hobbing or by broaching. In these cases we need the possibility of using the carved through cutter.

SHAVING

According to the requirements of our clients, the finishing process of the tooth may be shaved, for this we have hand razors for shaving and a shaving razor automatic that allow us to give response to the different types and volumes of parts.

MACHINING CENTER

We have machining centers, 4 -, and 5-axis that allow us to do all sorts of operations on parts in both processes, intermediate and finishing processes. Part of the mechanization of parts, we mechanize different housings that subsequently mounted internally in our section of assembly.

DEBURRING

We have manual deburring processes for smaller batches and automatic machines for medium and large series

PHOSPHATED

We have a train of phosphate to apply the surface treatment in the cases required by our customers.

GRINDING

To finish, dimensional tolerances, and/or geometric adjusted as we have our section of grinding. In it we can make from rectified cylindrical and internal and external ground tangential to the higher quality.

GRINDING TOOTH

We have an automatic machine that allows using tooth by generation rectify a wide range of profiles and modules to get the finishes are more demanding.

MOUNTING

We have our own assembly section where we ride and we test the gearboxes, gearbox and PTO.

QUALITY

We have a room of metrology with the elements of verification more advanced that allow us to ensure the Quality of all our products.
